Novō was born from a passion refined over time. After six successful years of welcoming guests at our sister restaurant, Pizzeria 4 Stelle, we knew it was time to evolve—without forgetting where we came from.

Pizzeria 4 Stelle taught us the value of consistency, community, and craftsmanship. Every pizza served, every guest remembered, and every year of growth shaped the foundation of Novō.
